Horizontal Fertilizer Mixer

The horizontal mixer is a new generation of mixing equipment developed by our company. The machine has high mixing degree and less residue, and is suitable for mixing organic fertilizers and inorganic fertilizers. The special rotor design of the machine can also crush larger materials, the overall structure is more reasonable, the appearance is beautiful, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.

The composition and working principle of the horizontal mixer:

The horizontal mixer can be divided into three parts:
1. Frame part: All the working bodies of the machine are installed and fixed on the frame, and the frame of the machine is welded with high-quality carbon steel plate and channel steel.
2. Transmission connection part: The motor drives the pulley, V-belt, and reducer to drive, so that the main shaft rotates. The transmission reducer and the working part of the main engine are all made of nylon shaft pins (or sprockets), which are the teeth and transmission drive of the transmission connector. Easy to assemble and maintain;
3. Mixing and stirring working part: It is transmitted to the main shaft by the transmission wheel through the shaft pin coupling (or sprocket). The special spiral stirring blade welded on the main shaft rotates synchronously, turning the material evenly in the mixing chamber, so that the material can be fully mixed.

The drum of the horizontal mixer is equipped with rotating and reversed paddles, and the paddles rotate the materials along the axial and radial directions at a certain angle, so that the materials can be mixed quickly and evenly. The horizontal mixer is driven by the motor through the belt drive to the reducer to drive the shaft to rotate. The speed of the shaft and the structure of the blade will weaken the gravity of the material. With the lack of gravity, the difference in particle size and specific gravity of each material is ignored in the mixing process. Vigorous stirring motion shortens the time of one mixing. Even if the material has differences in specific gravity and particle size, it can achieve a good mixing effect under the rapid and violent tossing and throwing of the staggered stirring blades.
