Process flow of organic fertilizer wet granulation:

Working equipment and process:
1. Semi-wet material pulverizer The semi-wet material pulverizer has a allowable moisture content of 25-50% for biologically fermented organic fertilizer materials, and the pulverized particle size meets the granulation requirements. 2. Horizontal mixer The horizontal mixer has high mixing degree and less residue, and is suitable for mixing organic fertilizers and inorganic fertilizers. The specific features are: the materials are fully mixed, thereby improving the mixing uniformity; the novel rotor structure is used to adjust the small gap between the rotor and the casing to close to zero, effectively reducing the residual amount of materials; the special characteristics of the machine The rotor design also breaks up larger materials.
3. New organic fertilizer granulator The equipment is designed and manufactured by a new wet continuous push rod granulation process. The new organic fertilizer granulator can not only granulate a variety of organic substances, especially for crude fiber materials that are difficult to granulate using conventional equipment, such as crop straw, wine residue, fungus residue, medicinal residue, animal manure, etc. After granulation, the granulation effect of raw materials such as humic acid and municipal sludge has also achieved good results.

5. Cyclone dust collector Cyclone dust collector is a type of dust removal device. The mechanism of dust removal is to make the dust-laden airflow rotate, separate the dust particles from the airflow by means of centrifugal force and trap them on the wall of the device, and then use the action of gravity to make the dust particles fall into the ash hopper. Each component of the cyclone dust collector has a certain size example. The change of each proportional relationship can affect the efficiency and pressure loss of the cyclone dust collector. Among them, the diameter of the dust collector, the size of the air inlet, and the diameter of the exhaust pipe are the main influencing factors. . When used together with the dryer, it can greatly improve the cooling speed, reduce the labor intensity, increase the output, and further remove part of the moisture and reduce the particle temperature of the organic fertilizer. At the same time, it can also be used for the cooling of other powder and granular materials. 7. Drum screening machine The trommel screening machine is a common equipment in the production of organic fertilizer. It is mainly used for the separation of finished products and returned materials. It can also realize the classification of finished products, so that the finished products can be evenly classified.
